Surabaya, September 25, 2026 — PT Jembatan Nusantara and PT EPS Ship Management strengthened their synergy in vessel docking management and fleet optimization through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Surabaya on Friday (25/9). The MoU was signed by Ed Harnoko, Commercial and Technical Director of PT Jembatan Nusantara, and Firman Alamsyah, Director of PT EPS Ship Management. Ed Harnoko was accompanied by Rudy Hartono, Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management of PT Jembatan Nusantara, while Firman Alamsyah was accompanied by the Commissioner of PT EPS Ship Management. This collaboration marks an initial step for both companies to explore synergies in vessel docking management and fleet optimization. As an initial focus, the collaboration will be directed toward KMP Satria Nusantara, particularly in supporting its docking requirements and readiness to return to optimal operations. Through this synergy, PT Jembatan Nusantara and PT EPS Ship Management also open opportunities to further develop the collaboration in the future, including for other vessels owned by PT Jembatan Nusantara, subject to operational needs and the results of joint evaluations.
